IP Technical Service Engineer (consultant position)

Responsibilities

- Design, implementation, Training and maintenance of Huawei IP products, including Router, Switch, WIFI and Firewall.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts in the Pre-Sales cycle in close cooperation with the Sales team. This will include hands-on deployment and troubleshooting.
- Providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access or onsite.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues onsite under the guide of TAC engineer.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and IP products: Router, Switch, Firewall, WIFI
- It’s better if the candidate has the certification of mainstream IP vendors, or be familiar with mainstream IP products
- Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resells and colleagues on remote support
- Could accept business travel after receiving the shortest notice and could arrange the traveling by himself
- Educational degree: Bachelor above
