Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a new team member in our Processes and Tools team in IPR & Licensing. The role is central for the operations of IPR & Licensing and spans over a wide variety of key tasks such as owner of the patent development process, driver for different Security and Compliance matters, and for selection and operation of different tools for IPR & Licensing.
To thrive and be productive in this role, a proven experience from patent prosecution including the use of tools, and a good general sense of order is required. As the role includes leading the administrators in Kista, some level of leadership experience is expected. In many cases, there’s a need to discuss different approaches to issues we deal with in the Processes and Tools team together with other team members to find the best way forward. Hence an open and collaborative attitude is needed.
The role is unique within IPR & Licensing and offers great opportunities to form the content and the detailed execution of different tasks.
The variety of different responsibilities and involvement is quite extensive. It’s not expected that applicants can deal with all areas from the beginning. Going forward the role can be developed to focus on specific part of the areas depending on experience, competence and interest.

Delegated Owner of PD process (PoW)
Driver of IPRL SME setup
Member of the IPRL Change Management Board
Law firm (Outside Counsel) management
Access management
Tools related
Anaqua AO team follow-up
New Tools Team member
Tools Budget
IT Steering Group, Quarterly & Monthly Business Reviews
Security and Compliance
Driver for IPRL for Information Security, Compliance, and Business Continuity matters
GDPR & Privacy (Including Anaqua)
Kista Administration
Patent and Invoice Administration lead
To be successful in the role you must have
Several of years experience from patent prosecution
Experience from different tools used during patent prosecution
A good sense for security and compliance matters
Experience from working with IT functions
Great leadership and communication skills
