As an IS and Quality Specialist you will be playing an important daily role in this. This is a combined role where you will support the business with IS related questions while playing a vital role within quality and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities
Constantly challenging the effectiveness of our own doing and analyzing the results to recognize quality improvement opportunities.
Supporting the organization as well as the end-users with IS related issues.
Ensuring that relevant security patches and software upgrades are applied.
Challenging and improving the use of collaboration tools.
Analyzing, proposing and implementing process improvements.
Leading improvement projects and performing DMAIC analysis.

Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the relevant field.
Previous work experience from a similar area is a plus.
Solid knowledge in Office 365, RPA and Business Intelligence solutions, SAP and Visual Basic is meritorious.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a strong merit.
A self-driven, structured and result-oriented mindset, high level of analytic skills and team-player attitude.
Technical interest and ability to solve complex problems independently.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills that support you in collaboration with all levels of the organization, as well as suppliers and customers.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
