In the team of IS Functions Applications – Finance, you will manage application from its initial planning, development through retirement (decommissioning). You will be responsible for release management, operations and compliance management, also contribute to application portfolio and demand management.
Your responsibilities
On assignment identify, propose, advise and implement existing IS application technology and IS solutions/services for Finance Domain, sharing knowledge and guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements.
You are involved in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IS solutions/services in regards of application knowledge. You are responsible for operations framework integrating Service Monitoring, Event, Incident, Problem, Change Control, Configuration Management, Service Remediation, and Service Level Agreements. Special attention in peak times (Monthly, quarterly, annual closure periods).
Proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services.
For assigned tasks, executing all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification.
Managing assigned budget effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs. Participating in the definition of costs and schedules.
People leadership and development: Providing leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

Your background
A Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, electrical or mechanical engineering.
High sense of responsibility and commitment.
Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation skills.
Self-driven personality and high degree of intercultural awareness.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
