TMHE is embarking on a major change and transformation journey replacing its current ERP system M3 with a brand-new state of the art SAP solution. This system change will act as vehicle for our implementation of future industry best practice processes and information model throughout TMHE, also known as the IGNITE Project.

As the IS Lead, you are responsible for managing IS/IT team members within the IGNITE Rental Team as well as other IS/IT-related topics connected to the Rental business area, such as the set-up of our new ERP-system together with the team. You will also drive and have an active role in the implementation of the system, and thereafter contribute to the future support organisation.

Your profile

You have relevant experience related to change/transformation as well as experience in leading, supporting and developing team members to be succesful. It is also needed for you to have the ability to work in a structured way and to be organised. You are a good problem solver and act as a supportive leader.
In addition to this, we are searching for a person with the following qualifications:

* Relevant university degree or corresponding work experience and basic knowledge of technical infrastructure, databases, and programming
* Service-minded, responsible and with a willingness to learn
* Ability to work both in groups and individually
* Communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken English
* A valued skill would also be experience in ERP (SAP)
