IS Service Delivery & Assurance Manager

Country IS supports ABB local business in Sweden with global and local services within IS. In this role you will be the link between users and service providers to ensure operation within the area of IS/IT Infrastructure services, e.g. Server/Hosting/Storage, Network, Client/PC and Print. You will collaborate with colleagues in other areas of IS/IT and in other countries.
The Consumer and Customer experience is important for ABB IS/IT and a lot of your effort will be focused on interacting with users, develop and simplify processes. Your responsibilities
Identifying business needs.
Providing support to the Run organization.
Creating and following up on internal communication to consumers and customers in different channels.
Testing and validation of changes to standardized global and local services.
Improving and simplifying existing processes to support better customer and consumer experience.
Supporting business in incident and problem management.

Your background
B.Sc. in a relevant field, ideally in the fields of IS/IT Infrastructure or similar knowledge by experience.
Minimum five years of work experience in a relevant area.
Experience of management of IS/IT Services in large organizations.
Knowledge of IT Framework and methods (ITIL, SCRUM) is seen as an advantage.
Experience with Process Development and Quality management methods (Six Sigma, Lean), is a merit.
Experience of Service Now is seen as advantage.
Service-oriented and flexible mindset.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
