IS Specialist-D

We are now looking for an IS Specialist-D in Västerås.
Description:
Apply broad IS technology knowledge and expertise to any IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics. Is capable to work independently dependent on maturity level. On assignment and request identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and – if senior - guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing technology and business requirements.
Interacts regularly with the core team Training Lead to plan and staff training activities according to the deployment plan.
Interacts regularly with the Local Testing Lead to ensure Testers are trained before they start testing.
Reports to the Cluster Deployment Manager on progress, risks and issues for local Training activities.
Organizes all training activities for the Cluster (participant sing-up, rooms, invitations, training schedule and staffing, collect feedback, track attendance).
Maintains and operate Learning Management System (LMS)/ Training tracking.
Ensures all impacted users receive all required trainings to successfully work in their proper role from day 1.
Ensures all Cluster deliverables related to training will be approved and handed over in time (i.e. Training -Curriculum, -Needs Analysis, -Outlines…).
Coordinate/support localization of training material.
Assesses re-training needs and organizes additional trainings after Go-Live.
