The Country IS team is accountable for the internal customer and consumer end-to-end experience of ABB IS Services. We are part of a truly global IS function collaborating daily with colleagues all over the world.

Your responsibilities
Support and drive adoption of ABBs IS solutions and IT tools in ABB Sweden, including O365 and Information Security.
Engage with end users and work in close collaboration with Business and other IS teams to understand requirements related to IT tools adoption.
Identify and drive improvements of end user experience.
Develop productive relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand business value of improved end user experience and how to implement improvements.
Communicate IS changes effectively to impacted end users. Selecting the most appropriate communication channel, adopting language and message to the target audience.
Promote existing e-learnings and develop new trainings according to identified needs.
Develop a comprehensive IS Service Catalogue in collaboration with the IS Service Owners.

Your background
Newly University graduate with an Engineering degree.
A passion for helping others adopt new digital technology.
Excellent presentation skills. i.e. ability to deliver technical and non-technical training to end users.
Proficiency in the use of Office 365.
Skilled in communicating effectively in writing to a variety of target audiences.
Ability to gather complex information from several sources and formulate a clear and concise message.
High degree of flexibility, creativity and reliability.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
