Duni is Europe s leading operator within attractive quality products for table-setting and take-away packaging.In recent years, the company has undergone refinement, and revenue for the new Duni totaled SEK 3,9 billion for the past 12 months.Headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, Duni has production facilities in Sweden, Germany and Poland.Duni's major markets are Central and Northern Europe, however its global reach spans more than 40 markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.Duni has some 2,000 employees in 17 countries, is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.Duni operates in three business areas: Professional, Retail and Tissue.Please read more at www.duni.com.Duni IS/IT Manager Who is business oriented and communicative Purpose of the position Within the scope of the Group IT plan and the assigned budget, you will be responsible for leading, controlling and coordinating all activities related to developing and implementing IT applications, IT technical infrastructure and IT services in assigned sites and areas taking into account the objectives from the functional areas within global company structure, in order to enable the organization to realize both short and long term objectives.You will have the overall operational leadership for the assigned IT Centres.Dimensions You manage in total 30 persons within the areas of System Development, Technical Development and Helpdesk in Sweden, Germany and Poland.Within the Duni Group there are 15 local sites and about 1 000 users.You work towards the functional areas; Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Planning, Production and Administration.You have a total budget in the magnitude of 65 mSEK.Main responsibilities . IT support . Daily overall leadership . Efficient and effective communication within and cross IT Centers . IT hardware infrastructure . IT applications . Analyze and evaluate developments in the IT market place . Active participation in Group IT management team . Budget and Reporting You report to the Supply Chain Director & CIO.You will probably be travelling about 30 days/year.Your background We believe that you have a university degree in informatics, electronics or business.Further, you have at least 10 years experience in IT/IS and at least 5 years of proven successful leadership in IT/IS.You are more or less fluent in oral and written English.You are a strong team builder and you have the ability to keep the overall organization in place.It is also important that you possess a strong personality with diplomatic and motivating skills.You are good at analytical thinking and you have strong problem solving ability in a global environment.
