As IS/IT Support Specialist for ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation you will be working to ensure stable and secure IS/IT operations for Robotics division in Sweden. You will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for IS/IT services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS/IT services. You will also lead and participate in IS process improvements related to the business IS environment, including implementation of new IS tools, improving of current ones, and ensuring functionality and uptime.

Your responsibilities
Provide 2nd level of IS/IT support for Robotics division in Sweden (i.e. distinct applications, services, shared folders, active directory, etc.)
Support business during IS Incidents/changes, escalate, provide updates, consult, help in implementing local solutions, document, follow up on the RCA
Consult and provides input for any change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on area of responsibility, and/or on the whole of IS
Support Application Managers of CN RO distinct applications with their IS queries
Proactively look for any IS/IT improvements
Share IS knowledge, best practices, policies and standards with local business and other IS teams
Collaborate with Business stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome including business case
Collaborates with local Business Counterparts to map business process demand to existing or new IS solutions. Supports the installation / management / maintenance / optimization of internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS Service delivery or IS Service demand in relevant area of responsibility

Your background
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience of IS/IT infrastructure and application services support
Experience with manufacturing, production related infrastructure/applications, smart factory concept, digitalization is a plus
Business focus, strong analytical, problem definition and resolution skills
Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks
Commitment to excellence
ITIL knowledge is a plus
Previous experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
Good spoken and written English
