Join us as our next ISO Systems & Sustainability Expert (m/f/d) within the Pharmaceuticals & Devices Division in our facilities at Fresenius Kabi AB in Uppsala, Sweden. Unleash your potential and help us to change lives for the better. 

Fresenius Kabi in Sweden Fresenius  Kabi  Sweden with facilities in Uppsala and Brunna produce Parenteral Nutrition, IV Drugs, Additives and Raw Materials both for our own product portfolio and external customers.

We have around 1100 employees. The majority is working in the production site in Uppsala (producing parenteral nutrition which is administered intravenously, for example Intralipid,Kabiven and Structokabiven, as well as supplements such as Vitalipid. We also produce anaesthesia such as Diprivan and Propofol.), that was established in 1999, while the API production Sales- (around 200 persons) is located in Brunna, Stockholm. Travels between the sites will occure, you will need a drivers license and access to car.

 

Your assignments You are responsible for management and maintenance of all the local requirements in accordance with the current ISO Standards, as well as all Sustainability initiatives as follows:
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System (EMS)
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)
ISO 50001 – Energy Management System (EnMS)
You drive the performance of Fresenius Kabi AB against the criteria set for the applicable ISO Standards (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS), global ISO Management handbooks, Standard Operating Procedures and guiding documents
You are responsible for the gathering and upkeep of data, documentation, communication, and provision of periodic ISO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs / EnPIs) and other metrics
You are responsible for the Management Reviews to site management relative to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
You participate as an auditee in global, internal (local) and/or external audits of local systems
You collaborate closely with Facility, Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Document Control, Purchasing, Human Resources as well as with Global EHS/OHS counterparts of Fresenius Kabi
 

 

Your profile Higher education at bachelor’s level in environmental, sustainability or other relevant education
Several years of experience within the field of EHS / OHS, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Expert knowledge and execution in the field of OHS/EHS, Energy, Sustainability, and ISO Management Standards, including all applicable Swedish regulations and ISO Standards’ requirements
Experience as an ISO 14001, ISO 45001, & ISO 50001 auditor
Working experience with Document Control and CAPA platforms
Experience of managing and executing an ISO Management System
Strong interpersonal skillset for influencing teams and driving action even with a Team composed of non-direct reporting relationships
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Scandinavian language skills are a plus
You are business-oriented, self-dependent, structured, analytical and team-oriented
You are motivated, target-oriented, creative and confident to drive tasks forward
You have the ability to exert influence and possesses excellent negotiation skills to achieve results
