Base Materials, within ‘Finance & Supplier Management’, is looking for an Issue Resolution Leader who is capable of managing all aspects of issue resolution on behalf of Base Materials.
The role is a senior position, and you are expected to drive the issue resolution agenda within Base Materials. Whilst the role is as an individual contributor with no direct reports, informal leadership capabilities will have to be top class. Data analytics-, customer satisfaction-, QuTIM Process-understanding, are all key knowledge areas for this position.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden reporting to the Director Quality & Digitalization, also based in Lund.
What you will do
As Issue Resolution Leader, your main responsibilities will be:
Develop short- and long-term objectives, strategies and plans for how to ensure world class issue resolution and eradication capabilities in Base Materials
Drive all Accidents & Incidents in Base Materials
Ensure efficient Customer issue management; prioritize incoming issues, assign driver, coach and follow-up on IR progress
Coach Base Materials colleagues and upon request, suppliers in Problem Solving Methodology
Know the Customer Satisfaction of implemented issue resolution outcome/solutions
Create a close connection and collaboration with markets, converting factories, suppliers, and base material categories. Understand their modus operandi, processes, and needs.
Represent Base Materials in functional networks (e.g., PackMat System Competence Network) and selected strategic programs to ensure alignment and coherence with company-wide initiatives and objectives related to Issue Resolution
Be the QTIM and QuTI-P expert in Base Materials; local process driver for C2A, QTIM and A&I
Become a member of the Food safety team with the purpose of understanding the Base Materials Food Safety Management system, specific material risks and Food Safety requirements put on suppliers
Continuously follow-up issue resolution related Key Performance Indicators
Who you are
We believe you have a university degree, plus at least 3-5 years’ experience in leading issue resolution activities. In addition, you know the QuTIM process and the QuTiP tool inside out. You also have advanced knowledge of our Problem Solving Methodology. You are well versed in Business Objects, and you easily know how to gather performance facts from all Tetra Pak’s business systems. Having had an issue resolution role in one of our converting factories or centrally is considered a merit. Furthermore, knowledge and expertise in BRC GS Packaging Material and ISO 9001/22000 and supplier interaction experience, is also considered a merit.
Your strongest ability, besides being a very strong informal leader, is to drive the issue resolution agenda towards set objectives and KPIs. Your passion is to become a role model Accident & Incident Driver. You have an excellent ability to communicate and rally people around a plan or mission. Your ability to explain an issue and what needs to happen to fix the issue, is outstanding. You are confident and dynamic, yet humble in personality with a high level of drive and appetite to develop both personally and the environment/people around you. You are passionate about structure and good order. You are a Team-player as well as an individual contributor.
Fluent in English and preferably Swedish, written and verbal. Other languages considered a merit.
