We need a ninja IT Administrator like you to reinforce our global IT team from Växjö, Sweden.*

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Delivering 1st & 2nd level technical support for devices, applications and end-users during normal office hours

Taking ownership and solving cases from our colleagues on a global scale via Tickets/voice/chat/email

On- and off-boarding of users

Providing end-user support

Creating and maintaining knowledge documentations

Monitoring IT alerts

Participating in IT-related projects

Making friends

Key Qualifications:

Proven work experience in a relevant field

Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Amazon Web Services

Be a professional, detail-oriented, confident, self-starter with organizational skills

Maintain confidentially

Keep calm under pressure

Preferences:

MCE and/or MCP certificate

Jira Service Desk experience

ITIL v3/4 certificate
