As an IT Analyst, you’ll work with both technical and soft aspects of development of large-scale projects in Nordea, translating the business vision into operational software to support the Nordea Wealth Management and Personal Banking mission.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Analysis unit. You’ll join Requirements and Analysis team, where we help our business stakeholders in designing innovative, outstanding products and solutions with focus on the customer, added value and ongoing risk mitigation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Process modelling, user Interface - prototyping and design,
* Data Mapping, also mapping business processes and to suggest possible IT solutions,
* Migration of data within or outside the platform,
* Analyse and translate business and technical requirements into functional and non-functional requirements,
* Securing requirements traceability during end-to-end development,
* Anchoring, aligning and making business decisions to drive business requirements forward,
* Responsible end to end for process documentation,
* Collaborate with Product manager, Architect, Lead Developers and other ART (Agile Release Train) team members.

* Have technical background, with great analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional),
* Express opinions, and key points of an argument clearly to convey your message to different audiences, including ability to simplify a complex concept while not losing the essential,
* Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team environment,
* Have great analytical skills and business understanding,
* Are proactive and not afraid to interact with key stakeholders, detail-oriented, self-organized and quality driven,
* Are familiar with agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban),
* Have background from finance industry,
* Enjoy working in diverse and international environment.
Your experience and background:
* +3 years of experience in IT or business analysis,
* Experience in Data Mapping and Migration,
* Experience in Process Modelling,
* Knowledge in service oriented design,
* ETL experience/knowledge,
* Experience in the banking domain and/or financial field,
* Experience in Java, webservices will be an advantage,
* Formal qualification (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA) will be an advantage,
* Experience of using Jira and Confluence will be an asset,
* BPMN and UML knowledge,
* Fluent in English, written as well as spoken,
* Experience in SQL.
