Would you like to work in a team that analyses new development requests for Transaction Monitoring? We are now looking for an IT Analyst to help to analyse new business requirements with an understanding of data, systems, processes and organization.

You will be part of the team Transaction Monitoring R&A, Software Dev which is within the Service Domain Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring. In our team we see that collaboration and knowledge sharing is key success factors.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the RCAM Art within Transaction Monitoring. We add value by analysing business requirement for new developments related to Transaction Monitoring and help shaping the solution as part of a cross functional team.
As the IT Analyst, you will part of ensuring the effective design, optimization and operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will be involved in analysing, designing and providing input and guidance in the implementation and maintenance of systems related to Transaction Monitoring.
What you’ll be doing:
* Support the shaping of new capabilities via Features and Stories as we are using the SAFe framework
* Be part of the understanding and impact assessment of requirements, architectural and functional, as well as non-functional, from business to technology and vice versa
* Be part of and continuously review requirements in order to get them clarified and fully understood by the stakeholder/business
* To secure that requirements are understood e.g. the status, knows where documentation exists and supports the development process
* Ensure alignment with standards and be part of leading the way for solutions in collaboration with Development Teams

Your experience and background:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Experience working with NetReveal, Quantexa, SWIFT CBM, Actimise, Mantas or similar
* 5+ years of experience in systems and data analysis in financial services environment
* Experience in gathering, documenting and communicating, e.g. confluence, Jira etc.
* Understanding of ETL/BI/Data Analytics/Data Modelling/ BPMN/UML
* Experience in agile ways of working, as well as waterfall methodologies
* Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
