OM TJÄNSTEN
Nordea is looking for a service analyst function for their Private Banking & Investment Center IT Operations. We are looking for someone who has some exposure to how IT Organisation functions and has passion for learning about IT Operations and Workplace technologies. You will have a key role in the IT organization by working in all aspects of Operations support including monitoring, reporting on progress, data analysis and tracking Action, Issue and Risk (RATIS) logs.

The position also includes supporting the department and our stakeholders with high quality management support, coordination, documentation and reporting. This will include the tracking and reporting of progress and performance as well as facilitating all aspects of planning, meetings, workshops, and documentation. You will report to a Senior Technology Lead / Operation Managers. This is a long-term assignment where you will be hired by Academic Work with the ambition to be recruited by Nordea after some time if everyone is happy with the cooperation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Participate and support the team by communicating meeting notes, action items, risks and issues to ensure team members are on the same page.
- Format and display technical ideas, data and reports in PowerPoint presentations that graphically communicate results in an appealing and accurate manner.
- Monitor project activities on an ongoing basis to ensure target dates/milestones are met.
- Report and communicate analysed data, approach, methodology and findings.
- Ensure the quality of all documentation on Confluence is a guarantee of latest information to its audiences.
- Understand Operations deliverables and develop associated metrics & reporting.
- Support the development and management of business cases as needed.
- Conduct ad-hoc industry and/or project research as needed.
- Exhibit leadership characteristics including strong communication skills, full understanding of internal policies, time management and client focus.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Previous work experience working in a supportive role such as an administrative assistant, operations assistant or IT Service Analyst.
- Excellent writing and project documentation skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, and Visio).
- Previously worked in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- You have exceptional written and verbal skills in English.

Have an interest and passion for learning about IT Operations and Workplace technologies and have a business understanding. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently; along with excellent communication and organizational skills. You have strong attention to detail.
