IT-ANALYST (TRY & HIRE)

Job Description
We are now looking for an IT-Analyst for one of our Nordic banking clients in Stockholm.
In this role, you represent analysts, designers and developers (configuration) within Regulatory Reporting and Capital specialized around primarily SAP.

Responsibilities:
- Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involves multiple stakeholders, ultimately to design sustainable and value adding solutions.
- Perform a data analysis and data modelling to support solution design.
- Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks and tools
- Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
- Being responsible for requirements documentation and provide know-how throughout the entire software delivery value stream.
- Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other. This requires collaboration between business stakeholders and our developers and to support in building and prioritizing the product backlog.

Qualifications
- You have experience in SQL. Python data analysis experience is a plus.
- You have professional level of English skills.
- You have banking knowledge.
- You have experience in IT Analysis and Requirement Management, collecting, validating, and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements.
- You have experience working with Agile software development, ideally SAFe framework.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-06-30. This is a Try & Hire-assignment, meaning you will be offered a permanent position after these 6 months. A mandatory security check will be required before start.
