About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Analysis Credit Risk team in Group Functions Technology. We add value by translating business needs to operational and software requirements and then verifying their validity and priority. As an IT Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in providing Nordea with the new Integrated Risk Management Application for non-financial risk as cloud solution.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working within new (cloud based) IT solutions for Integrated Risk Management (non-financial risk),
* Eliciting business requirements toward multiple reports in cooperations with different stakeholders,
* Analyzing data stored in the tool (cloud based) and creating reports according to requirement defined by stakeholders,
* Creating reports basing on the needs that were specified,
* Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions,
* Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Practical knowledge of SQL and creating advance SQL queries,
* Have strong business and technical background and great data analytical skills,
* Have good requirement specification skills,
* Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team,
* Are familiar with agile way of working and methods,
* Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented and quality driven.
Your experience and background:
* Knowledge of non-financial risks management solutions,
* Experience in Data/IT analysys for cloud solutions,
* Experience in Data/IT analysis,
* Experience of using Jira and Confluence,
* Excellent communication skills, professional level of English,
* Domain knowledge of non-financial risks will be an advantage,
* Domain knowledge about Metric Stream tool will be an advantage.
