Responsibilities:
· Leads developing and implementing frameworks, standards, guidelines, and methodologies related to IT and business process definition, design, documentation, and improvement in line with the corporate strategy.
· Champions identifying and addressing key IT and business processes gaps, redundancies, risks, issues, challenges, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
· Leads, defines, monitoring, and reporting IT and organizational strategic, corporate and departmental objectives and KPIs in alignment with the mission, vision, and strategic targets.
· Provides advisory leadership and seasoned guidance for IT and managing performance management cycle, removing barriers, leading change management initiatives, and providing innovative solutions for critical business challenges.
· Helps clients accelerate their growth, reducing their costs, managing their risks, and developing their IT capabilities.
· Helps clients align people, processes, technology, and organizational structures to achieve their strategic and operational goals.
· Leads defining, monitoring, and reporting IT and organizational strategic, corporate and departmental objectives and KPIs in alignment with the mission, vision, and strategic targets.
· Acts as IT strategy SME advising management on corporate strategy, business transformation, performance management, and organizational effectiveness matters.

Role and Responsibilities
· Degree in IT and business or related field, MBA preferred.
· 10-15 years of experience in IT and business administration, management consulting, or strategic planning.
· Experience in IT and business development and marketing in global consulting settings.
· Excellent understanding of IT and business operations and procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
