IT Application and Infrastructure Support
For our client we are looking for an IT Application and Infrastructure Support.
You will be a single point of contact for when it comes to how our client interact/raise within the company. You will also be a single point of contact for non-standard applications towards the client. Furthermore, you will secure and gather unique hardware requirements (Mac etc) which is not in the standard offer from within the company. You will be a single point of contact within the client when it comes to where HW should be set-up.(each manager is the back-up to our internal IT support function)
Coordinate the clients application needs by gathering the business need.
Act on and support the vision/ambition for each design function to secure a fully proficient application portfolio
Give instructions on settings and how to install Design unique programs/applications
If the application malfunctions, trouble shoot, identify the error and propose a solution, and write the service request for the client IT to secure.
Act as requirement setter/stakeholder, in the dialogue with the Suppliers of the programs/applications needed.
Act as requirement setter/stakeholder within the company as the single-point of contact for our internal technical and IT needs (incl. HW)
Evaluate new design unique programs/applications, secure the correct infrastructure to utilize the new application, set the technical requirements
Be the recipient of the info from IT Software Asset Manager to be able to analyze and monitoring of the portfolio of Design unique program
Be a part of the yearly budget for IT-needs to be forwarded within the client
Manage all accesses to applications and information
Responsible for being on site support when the client have critical reviews for Top Management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Fully proficient expertise in IT applications and infrastructure
Fully proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software
Knowledge of design unique applications
Fully proficient in new IT trends and applications
Fully proficient in English both written and verbally
Highly interested in new IT tech and interest to learn what’s needed to deliver according to needs
