IT Architect

LOCATION: Stockholm, Sweden

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an IT-architect to lead the architectural work within the Marketing area. You will work in an environment where fast pace and constant change is as important as a stable ability to produce marketing material for a global audience.

The marketing solutions are often related to the e-commerce solutions as well as the physical stores, which makes cooperation with other areas within the customer and external suppliers crucial.

As area architect you will work close to the delivery lead and take part in decision making and in developing the organization. You will also take part in and/or run pre studies, project governance, documentation and modeling. In order to succeed you need to be a leader with ability to delegate and work through your organization.

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but some travel within Sweden is to be expected.

WORK TASK
? Build business and IT knowledge.
? Build relationship with business stakeholders, IT stakeholders and suppliers
? Lead and/or take part in pre studies and architectural work within the area, together with the customers inhouse teams and external suppliers
? Analyze, design and coordinate architectural work within the area and cooperate with system architects to help assure that we are moving in the right direction on all architectural levels
? Take part in enterprise architectural work
? Work with project governance for architectural aspects of projects within the area.
? Support decision making
? Collaborate with other areas within IT to assure delivery.
? Lead efforts to develop technical documentation such as Quality System Requirements, Solution Architecture Descriptions and Solution Architecture Description

SPECIFIC COMPETENCE
? Strong communication- and relationship building skills with a business oriented mindset
? Experience of working with external vendors of IT services, managed service and/or offshore situations
? Experience in conducting architecture engineering work in new development projects, maintenance and E2E perspectives
? Experience of conducting pre studies from an architectural perspective
? Experience in documenting the architecture of system solutions
? Accustomed to working with information modeling and information flows
? Ability to see patterns and structures that form the basis for the architecture to support business requirements
? Understanding of the digital media business and the technical aspects of Marketing resource management/operations, production and content management.
? Pedagogic and good communication skills in both Swedish and English

TOOLS/SOFTWARE
? Modeling of processes, information flows and logical structures occurs in MS Visio and Enterprise Architect
? UML modeling
? Programming languages: Java, SAP(not mandatory)
? Basic knowledge of PPS or similar
? Basic knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation or equivalent).
? MS Office
