About the job

Development Platform services has the mission to enable Swedbank as a modern software development company using industry standard tools and best practices. We are providing stable, easy-to-use Development Platforms supporting Swedbanks DevOps journey. Our success is measured in shortened lead-time for the application development teams to develop, release and deploy new functionality in a reliable, automated way, with quality and stability.

As a Domain Architect you have an important mission. You will drive the architecture roadmap for the Development Platforms domain. You will work closely with the teams responsible for building and hosting the recommended tool chains for automation and Continuous Delivery to secure high deliveries with quality and shorten time to market.

What you need to succeed

• Expertise in how to build development and test environments for efficient development of future IT services.

• Extensive knowledge of development platforms and tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Artifactory.

• Unit test and test automation tools such as Selenium, Security Testing tools and Release and Deployment tools.

• Good understanding of test data architecture.

• Good business understanding with customer centric view and open for new ideas and challenges.

• Being an ambassador for Continuous Delivery and Deployment practices.

• Good cooperation skills and willingness to find solutions across organizational boarders.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Self-driven with a give and take responsibility mindset.

• You are embracing change and are excited to join our Agile journey.

• Proficient in oral and written in English.

• A university degree in engineering or computer science.
