Work description
Our Business Process Integration (BPI) is the competence center for the automation of business processes (BPM), and integration of IT applications. BPI supports the business areas with an internationally integrated team across the entire value chain of Process Integration. This BPI is fully integrated into the structures of E.ON´s global IT organization, working with both internal teams and external sourcing partners.

Your Responsibilities
• Participation in national and sometimes international projects in close cooperation between business and IT regarding process automation and system integration solutions
• Moderation of the business and technical requirements between business and IT with a focus on process automation and integration (Business Analyst role)
• Independent and reliable handling of customer requests and estimates as well as the calculation of the performance requirements
• Development of solution architectures and design (Architect role)
• Ensuring efficient IT architecture in programs and projects by contributing to a standardized solution design approach, taking into account the IT strategy
• Doing presentations and trainings on developed process scenarios in the national or international environment
• Identification and validation of new IT trends in the Process Automation and Integration area
• Collaboration with international teams and external sourcing partners regarding Solution and Product Management


Your profile
• University degree of a business or technical field of study, or equivalent education.
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of process automation, system integration and solution design ideally in the area of energy management solutions
• Long experience from Architect and Business Analyst roles
• Good experience in agile and traditional project management and methodology
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Openness to deal with new issues and challenges
• Strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility
• Consistent customer and service orientation
• Self-going and responsible, structured way of working
• Devoted to teamwork
• Very good knowledge of English
