About the job
As an IT assistant, you are part of CellaVision’s IT/IS department consisting of three employees who work full-time with everything that comes with IT operations, service, support, and planning. As an IT assistant, you are responsible for installing computers and creating, managing, and documenting users in our various systems. You also assist in moving and installing workstations. In the long term, it is possible for the right person to take on additional tasks such as user support and further develop your knowledge in IT.
We are looking for you who
- Have a great interest in technology and computers.
- Have good computer experience and habit of working in a Windows environment.
- Are a student with ongoing academic education in data/IT and has at least two years left on your studies.
- Can express yourself unhindered in English and Swedish in both speech and writing.
Meritorious
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
Personal qualities
As a person, you are meticulous and structured with a good ability to prioritize between tasks. You enjoy planning, organizing, and running your work on your own, as well as doing this in an efficient and responsible way. You can collaborate and solve problems, in order to eventually be able to take on additional tasks such as user support.

This is a part-time position that covers approximately one day a week with starts as soon as possible. The CellaVision HQ is based in Lund, Sweden with new offices, good infrastructure, and commuting possibilities.
