For the global IT team in Cytiva we look for a new colleague to work with us to support the R&D stakeholder community, to serve as direct liaison to functional process owners in order to put strategic plans in place, prepare projects and drive governance for specific systems in the area of responsibility.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain relationship with business partners in defined process area
Lead business process analysis and build robust business cases for project proposals
Implement and maintain strategic IT system roadmaps in defined process area
Translate business requirements into strategic and tactical IT deliverables
Lead, facilitate and coordinate IT project activities
Who you are
You are a clear communicator with humble approach and good sense of prioritizing work
You can operate independently and have strong interpersonal skills
>5 years work experience in leading business process and requirements analysis
>5 years work experience in using process mapping methodologies and tools
Experience in adopting data integrity and good documentation practice policies in work
Good understanding of software development lifecycle processes
You have a degree in Information Systems or Business studies
This position is based at our site in Uppsala, Sweden. We apply a hybrid work model which allows for the flexibility to work from home.
