We are now looking for a driven, curious, and engaged IT Business Analyst who wants to join us in a really exciting journey to drive the development in the HR area. In order to thrive in the role of a business analyst, it's important that you have a great interest in understanding customer needs and translating requirements to value-adding IT solutions within HR Sweden.
As a Business Analyst, you will have to focus on meeting customer requirements and needs, delivering results, and documenting solutions. You and your of with product owners, data management specialists, and expert users will be working cross-functionally within Scania, together with IT and other leading expert competencies, to ensure that we build and plan for the future.
Your tasks
• Work close to product owners with focus on identifying business needs
• Act as a supervisor in the Business Analyst field within HR
• Review and respond to enquiries related to changes in our HR-systems and processes, taking a decision or escalating issues, concerns or risks as appropriate
• Take lead, coordinate and drive transformation of process improvements forward
• Contribute to projects and initiatives related to HR
• Be a part of the whole process from business analysis and refining the requirements to design together with the Solution Architect and the development teams
Your profile
• University degree or equivalent experience in IT, Data, Analytics, HR or related field
• At least two years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience in working with modelling tools
• Excellent problem solving, process improvement and analytical skills
• Experience in SAP or other enterprise tools is preferred
