IT Business Analyst, Consumer Service – Stockholm, Sweden
For our Business Area Europe, we in the IT team are looking for an IT business analyst to manage the development of the Consumer Services business and CRM within the framework of the Consumer Service roadmap. You will be an important IT point of contact for the contact center and field operations organization in Consumer Service Europe, working closely with the business to help define and implement the new application landscape for the business area as well as improve the existing applications. This means both rolling out new solutions. You will also have the opportunity to manage the transition from existing legacy applications to new digital tools, driving not only the upgrade of IT applications but associated digital business transformation. Your main goal is to help the business organization understand how to make the best use of technology to innovate and simplify Electrolux operations.
In addition to leading smaller initiatives on your own, you will also work as part of the ConCenT program, which is all about having a 360° view of our consumers in every touchpoint and by providing outstanding experiences, creating brand loyalty for life. It will give us the opportunity to manage the relationship with our consumers in a smart and efficient way – it gives us the means to a new way of working. However, ConCenT is much more than just rolling out a cloud-based IT system.
A typical day at work:
As a member of the Consumer Service Team, you will:
•Support IT implementations of new process and application requirements in the Consumer Services operations IT area. The role is focused on Field Operations processes.
• Manage relationships with both internal developers and external vendors and drive the prioritization of backlog items based on business input
• Provide knowledge of field operations business processes and/or IT processes.
•Control, maintenance and continuous optimization of existing and new Consumer Service applications together with business stakeholders.
•Actively support Consumer Services User Group initiatives and collaborate by suggesting and analyzing the requirements for business and IT process improvements
•Support operations in IT initiatives to transform the Consumer Service feature from a cost center to a result center.

Education and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline with a strong passion for IT.
•1-2 years of experience in ITBA or project management.
•Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
•Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
•Excellence in the MS-Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
It is preferable:
•Previous experience in the SAP suite.
•Creative thinking and experience using software such as JIRA or Confluence.

•Learning experience within 14 months
•Gross salary of SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be $28,500 gross salary per month.
