Business Area & the role
As an IT BA in our Marketing Solutions team you will be responsible to discover, drive & deliver best-in-class consumer journeys across our consumer-facing touchpoints. You will be responsible for translating business requirements covering the areas of Pre, At & Post Purchase into digital products that enhance the consumer experience. Requiring close collaboration with the business stakeholders, the ideal candidate requires a passion for consumer centrism and will provide a vital link between IT technology and business objectives. This requires excellent communication skills as well as being used to work in a cross functional environment.

The IT Business Analyst will report to Jonathan Lee – Head of Marketing & Consumer Analytics Solutions – Business Area Europe
Responsibilities
· Participating in various discovery workshops to understand the business objectives and goals
· Defining minimum viable product (MVP) scope for the upcoming initiatives and outline future roadmap of enhancements and potential improvements
· Preparing functional specifications, giving the needed instructions to the agile delivery team, testing the products results and ensuring a quality delivery according to the business requirements
· Driving the collaboration in development and rollout efforts for the new initiatives through the architecture, product teams, and actively engage in prototyping new solutions.
· Providing training and guidance to business key users and ensuring successful adoption in day-to-day operations with final solution handover to support function
· Following industry trends and innovation within the digital marketing arena to drive forward a competitive edge for Electrolux

Qualifications
· University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
· 3 years+ experience in delivering consumer related digital experiences
· Previously a product manager, owner, functional consultant or an IT Business analyst with a well-rounded understanding for digital consumer journeys, agile software development and business transformation.
· Experiences in different CMS platforms (EPIserver, Adobe, etc).
· Basic familiarity with systems integration concepts – WebService {REST, SOAP), Batch, EDI & sFTP.
· Good understanding of Mobile first approach, Google Analytics, SEO and Tagging.
· Excellent communicator with strong planning and presentation skills and proven strong relationship building skills across varying levels of seniority
· Fluent in English, other European languages are a benefit
