About the Role:

As an IT Business Analyst specializing in Physical Verification, you will work with engine rigs, testbeds, and their setups of software and hardware solutions.
Your collaborative efforts will extend to working closely with the Lab & Workshop team and other R&D and Digital teams. Within this newly formed group, your role will be instrumental in establishing a shared digital platform, identifying synergies, and promoting best practices. Together, we strive to innovate and lay the foundation for a robust digital future.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience of Physical testing (Embedded or Powertrain rigs)

- A team player with effective communication skills.

- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, driven by a personal enthusiasm to achieve results.

- Bachelor's degree in IT or mechanical engineering, or several year's experience from the automotive industry.

Your Role:

As an IT Business Analyst for Physical Verification, your responsibilities will include:

- Oversight of the digital landscape for physical testing.

- Development and maintenance of a strategy and vision for the future of the organization's physical testing domain.

- Responsible for requirements and enhancements on the digital infrastructure, supporting powertrain testbeds, applications, and workflows.

- Management of the test application portfolio, including communication with suppliers.

- Leadership in the development and implementation of new systems based on business requirements, such as TAS systems or in-house developments.
