IT / Business Analyst to Digital Identity

- Be part of the Digital Identity engineering team, that protects the very core of security in Swedbank. We work with several of the top-notch brands in the market to provide highest value and we are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. Are you our new superstar?
- Design, implement and maintain commoditized cyber security infrastructure for all our employees.
- Bring requirements, people and software together. As part of our agile team, you will play a key role to ensure that business needs and value are in focus while developing our services.


What is needed in this role:
- Excellent communication and planning skills. In many cases, you will be leading the way with our stakeholders.
- Psychic skills, to be able to understand what the customer needs based on what they say and don’t say.
- Elicitation experience, and readiness to try it out in our environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in English language. Swedish language is a plus.
- You have preferably a software developer background, that will make the interaction with the development side smoother.
- A good sense of humor!
