We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to our Clinics IT team. You will be a member of the global IT organization as a representative for Clinics IT. Projects are mainly in Scandinavia and the European region. You will be working closely together with the process/business owner and users and our Clinics domain architect. The position will report to our IT Director Clinics Scandinavia, and you will be based in Stockholm. Travels might be required.
Job description
You will be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs. You will be a key player in the work bridging the requests, requirements, and ideas from the business into implementable IT solutions together with our colleagues in global IT. Your main tasks will contain, but not be limited to, detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and support acceptance testing in ensuring traceability to requirements. Examples of tasks and responsibilities:
· Analyze data, design of systems and business models and inform business decisions
· Analyze business needs and requirements, how to implement traceability between vision and acceptance testing, ensuring qualitative validation
· Evaluate business processes, foresee requirements, discover areas for improvements, develop and implement technological solutions
· Facilitate and drive workshops for e.g. defining business requirements, process definitions and test criterias
· Drive and participate in pre-studies and projects
Your profile
You have bachelor´s degree in computer science, business administration or related field. You have a couple of years expertise in both information technology and business administration as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role. You have IIBA certification or similar certification or experience. You also have knowledge in requirements and analysis methods. You have English skills (spoken and written), as well as any Scandinavian language skills. Additional regional languages are a plus. It is meritorious of you have experience from healthcare and/or clinics.
You have an analytical mindset with attention to details and excellent problem-solving skills. You have great collaboration and communication skills and you are used to act as a link between IT and the business. You also have excellent documentation, planning, organization and time management skills.
