IT Business Consultant

Fujitsu is looking for a IT Business Consultant with experience in Salesforce who can take on challenges and interesting assignments for our customers. We work with some of Sweden's most well-known companies as well as with authorities, municipalities, and regions. Working asIT Business Consultant requires that you as a person are driven, like to take responsibility and can work both alone and in a group. Having a strong customer focus, high social skills and business acumen is something we see as self-evident. You have a good understanding of processes, flows, requirements, and organization.
Work duties:
Serve as the primary senior consultant on a wide variety of projects.
Manage project teams including software developers and implementation specialists.
Maintain an efficient response time to client communications.
Present Salesforce solutions to clients during customer calls.
Architect and design software solutions.
Communicate with clients and project team members.
Attend daily team standup meetings to review the status of each project, discuss team workload, and collaborate on any complex problems.
Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform.
Design and implement web-based, multi-tenant software solutions.
Implement quality assurance processes.
Identify risks and issues in order to prevent “fires” before they occur.
Help identify and implement process improvements in order to improve our current processes and avoid repeating the same mistakes.

To succeed in this role:
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of Salesforce.com implementation experience.
Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce applications to different clients at the enterprise level.
Ability to develop business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ).
Understanding of overall SFDC architecture and knowledge of salesforce.com ecosystems (e.g. CPQ solutions, Order Management solution, etc.
Experience in or good knowledge of at least one of the following MuleSoft, APEX, LWC, Platform Builder, FSC, FSL, Pardot, Marketing Cloud.
Ability to travel.
Excellent fluency in English is a must.
