IT Business Consultant

Fujitsu is looking for a IT Business Consultant with experience in Salesforce who can take on challenges and interesting assignments for our customers. We work with some of Sweden's most well-known companies as well as with authorities, municipalities, and regions. Working as IT Business Consultant requires that you as a person are driven, like to take responsibility and can work both alone and in a group. Having a strong customer focus, high social skills and business acumen is something we see as self-evident. You have a good understanding of processes, flows, requirements, and organization.
Work duties:
Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.
Set up and configure data models.
Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.
Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.

To succeed in this role:
Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of Salesforce.com implementation experience.
Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce applications to different clients at the enterprise level.
Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions.
Design through deploy experience.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ).
Excellent Presentation and Demo skills.
Configuration on Salesforce.com Sales, Service, CPQ and/or Marketing Cloud.
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts.
Excellent fluency in English is a must.
