IT Business Partner to Astara

Job description
Astara is an established, international automotive company with a strong growth focus in the Nordic market. We are now looking for an IT Business Partner with good project management experience and/or good SAP knowledge who wants to be part of our growth journey in the Nordic region.

In the role of IT Business Partner at Astara, you implement predefined business templates based on platforms from SAP and Salesforce. You work in Sweden as part of Astara Nordic's IT Team. You work primarily with local business process owners and your deep knowledge in mainly SAP implementations or/and you have strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
Your role as IT Business Partner with us means, among other things

• To act as an IT business partner and support the business's needs by managing communication with the Group's global IT maintenance services in Madrid and Astara Nordic's IT team in Finland.

• To understand the specific requirements set in each country and convert them to design requirements to develop a global template (SAP & SFDC).

• To implement creative solutions for the regional operations together with Astara Nordic's IT team in Finland.

• To create and maintain documentation and training materials and provide training for internal staff in Sweden.

• You work primarily with local business process owners and Nordic's IT team for review and perform updates based on feedback from businesses.

• To handle project deliveries with overall timelines.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have

• 5-10 years’ experience of a medium to large organization with full life cycle SAP distribution, preferably in a multinational environment

• Good experience of large SAP implementation projects in distribution companies (eg. consumer goods, vehicles, pharmaceutical industries)

• Good project manager experience

• Deep SAP knowledge

• Experience of CRM implementations integrated with ERP

• Very good work knowledge with Office products (Excel / Power Point and SharePoint)

• Excellent oral and written communication in English. I you have also Swedish or Finnish it´s a great plus

• University degree or equivalent experience

To succeed well in the role you are

• A project-oriented, mature and organized individual who works independently

• confident in your role as a project manager with a good ability to handle different type of stakeholders

• able to work successfully as part of a virtual, international team

• able to prioritize and work successfully goal-focused even under high pressure

If you also have experience of and / or understanding of how automotive processes work, this is a strong plus
