About the role
In the role as IT Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating development needs with internal local and global stakeholders as well as with external partners either individually or as part of a formal project. You will be working in close cooperation with the business and must understand the respective business processes. The order-to-cash process is heavily relying on SAP, but has several other systems integrated to SAP.
You will also be:
- acting as a link between business and IT development teams to provide system solutions supporting core business processes.
- providing the ERP system and other IT systems related development, maintenance and 2nd line support services in Order-to-Cash process.
- coordinating tasks with internal and external technical resources and collaborate with Project Managers to provide estimates. When required you serve as a lead to implement development, customization and integration efforts
- ensuring that development implementations follow commonly defined template, documentation and general development guidelines.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role you need to possess a university or college degree in business or technology or a comparable level working experience. You have at least 8 years of experience in a global business environment, working with ICT implementation projects and solution design. You also need to have thorough knowledge and experience with SAP modules (SD, MM, PP) and ABAP development. It is important to be able to identify and translate business requirements into design documentation and having the ability to analyze data, processes and workflows. You are familiar with core IT processes: change management, release management and incident management
As a person you are energetic, curious and good with people. And you also need to have a systematic working method and be analytic and solution-oriented. We also see that you have a precise and clear manner in communicating complex solutions. We require fluent written and spoken English, any other language skills are an asset.
