IT Business Relations Manager

Location: Austria (Linz, Schwechat, Vienna), Belgium (Mechelen), Finland (Porvoo), Sweden (Stenungsund).

We are looking for a new Business Relations Manager in IT Industrial Solutions who is passionate about IT opportunities in an industrial environment, is building trust, strengthening relationships and taking care of our internal Business clients!

act as a business relations manager for all relations that business has with IT, and act as a proxy towards vendors and partners.
lead the demand process, initiate and optimize projects and re-assure the business value of the IT portfolio.
promote change initiatives that improve the effectiveness of Business and its performance.
challenge business decisions with regards to complexity, costs and value, and run workshops for clarification of ideas and requirements.
support the Business on creating the business plan for all proposed projects and assure customer centricity.
proactively drive all IT matters within the respective Function/Stream(s) in the assigned Business groups.
monitor IT & business trends within and outside the company.

All of this in order to contribute to the fulfilment of Business needs by maximizing the effectivity of IT resources.
About you

We will welcome your application if you have a master degree in computer science, engineering, or economics. You have 10 years of relevant experience working in IT roles in an international matrix organization and preferably in Industrial environment.
You are interested in industrial close solutions and tools. More specifically you have knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes (preferably in chemical industrial), MES applications, optimisation applications, integration to other systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems, ERP systems and IOT is of advantage.
You are customer centric and you have excellent communication and presentation skills. Furthermore, you are analytical, conceptual, process, and result oriented as well as innovative with natural curiosity, combined with the ability to deal with ambiguity. Also, proven project/agile management, team leader and/or IT resource experience is preferred, and you must show fluency in English (spoken, written, literacy).
