IT Category Manager - Continuous Improvements

Global IM provides advanced Information Management solutions that improve the performance of Tetra Pak's business processes.The key responsibility for us in IT Supplier Management is to optimize the use of IT suppliers, establish and govern the commercial relationships and manage selected centralised IT purchases.

As IT Category Manager - Continuous Improvements you will work with stakeholders to continuously improve organisational set-up, working methods, performance management, best practice, templates, spending analysis and KPIs.You will not have direct reports but need to exhibit very good leadership- and people skills since you will be working with and through many global stakeholders.

Your main work areas will be to:

- Analyse delivery of sourcing and contracting from suitable suppliers
- Head change management during implementation of optimised routines
- Source and contract suitable suppliers
- Perform market analysis
- Develop and implement appropriate sourcing strategies


Kvalifikationer

You have strong people skills and a fine cultural sensitivity that render you success in creating networks and managing stakeholders in a global and virtual setting.You are business minded and seek solutions that create value for all parties.You are analytical, have a long term perspective and combine strength and humbleness in a way that makes it easy for you to drive change and improvements.

You have more than three years of experience with strategic vendor management and continuous improvements.It is an advantage if you have managed suppliers of it-services.It is important that you have a solid understanding of the IT market and well developed process thinking.We believe that you hold a university degree in IT or business but you might have gathered equivalent knowledge through your work.You have excellent communication skills and excel at both written and spoken English.
