About the position

As our new IT Compliance Specialist, you will help us mature and develop our IT Risk & Control function. Some of your key responsibilities will be maintaining and maturing our IT control landscape and our IT risk appetite framework. You will perform validation of our IT controls and act as an advisor for IT and the business on IT- and information security compliance matters. Together with control owners, you will advise on control design and support our IT validation team with your senior perspective in in-depth spot checks. You will be an integral part in making sure our compliance setup is adding value both from the business and senior management perspective. You will join a strong and dedicated information security and IT risk management team of app. 20 people.

About you

We are looking for a senior compliance specialist, who enjoys operating in the zone between people and technology. You are comfortable with the audit process - perhaps you have a background as an internal or external auditor - and you have deep insight into validation of IT controls. We believe you are an experienced risk professional to a level at which you can advise and support the business and the IT organization on how to improve their risk management procedures. We believe you are curious and expect you to “shout out and make things better” where you see room for improvement. As we know from experience that a diversity of personalities, experiences and backgrounds lays the foundation for creative organizations, we warmly welcome candidates with various backgrounds, gender identification, ages or impairments. You need to be fluent in english and one of the Scandinavian languages.

The practicalities

You will report to the Head of IT Risk & Control, a part of the Information Security and IT Risk management office. The office holds a Scandinavian responsibility and though the position is based in Malmö/Copenhagen some infrequent, planned travels between our sites will be required.
