We are currently hiring a Business Analysts with varying degree of experience for one of its clients in Sweden and Brazil. It's an expansion of the team. You will be working on the migration of homegrown access management system to State of the the art ServiceNow. It's a complex set of services that are getting migrated which should be standardized with migration. It's a fixed-term contract role for eligible candidates.


Job Description:


To analyze Faros services and collaborate with team to speed up analysis of various IT services for migration on ServiceNow. Work professionally and document, collect artefacts to support decisions.


Skills Summary :


A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis Knowledge of Scrum and ITIL processes welcome such as Service NOW tool , Analytical and Conceptual thinking skills , Teamwork oriented, History of supporting large-scale program with multiple international teams ( fluency in English ) , Good communication skills with a willingness to ask questions, Knowledge of SharePoint, Prior experience of access management system requirements. The candidate has yet produced functional specification document , and yet redacted technical/functional stories
