IT Consultant Manager

We are looking for an IT Consultant Manager who will lead our consultants and be part of the Leadership team based in Lund.
As an IT Consultant Manager you are responsible for our consultants at different sites across Sweden, their professional development and well-being. You ensure that the employees receive the right skills development, training and encourage them to contribute ideas to develop their own role as well as our client's. Frequent travel is required.
Your profile
Relevant academic background, e.g. Master of Computer Science, Business or similar.
5-10 years of experience from the consulting industry within IT.
5-10 years of experience of managing and developing people.
5-10 years of experience of recruitment and a broad contact network.
Understanding / Practice of sales processes in the IT industry.
Experience of sales and negotiations is a bonus.
Technical background is a bonus.

Knowledge and Skills
IT industry knowledge.
Business planning skills.
Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning and reporting.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
