Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. IT Supplier Management consists of 14 Category Managers specialised in the IT segment.

The role of the Contract Specialist is to support the IT Supplier Management team and the business during the contracting phase, particularly with more complex contractual matters. The role also includes the responsibility to secure quality in Tetra Pak's IT agreement templates, liaising with the Group's Legal Affairs team.In this role, the Contract Specialist will have the opportunity to drive key contracting advice and negotiations activities, as well as being a trusted advisor to the rest of the team.


Main responsibilities

-Support IT Supplier Management in planning, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with IT suppliers
-Help advice on specific issues and risks e.g. contractual aspects of software purchases and licensing, cloud issues, data security, privacy and data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, etc under the guidance of the Legal Affairs team as required
-Develop and secure best practices in contract lifecycle management, templates and tools
-Actively engage in the implementation of Ariba within Tetra Pak
-Drive selected sourcing and contracting activities
-Train internal stakeholders in contract related activities
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the business and in support functions


Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with solid experience from the IT sector, strong competence in contract negotiation, contract drafting and supplier management, and a good understanding of related issues and legal requirements (eg. data security and data protection). You have a University degree or similar within IT and/or business administration and/or the law. You are fluent in English.

As a person, you are well-structured with a commercial mind-set. You can prioritise activities depending on business critical needs. We seek a person with a genuine interest in securing Tetra Pak's competitiveness via professional contract management.

It is also important that you can drive, communicate and work with both internal and external stakeholders. You have excellent influencing skills and are comfortable with informal authority.

This position will be located in Lund, Sweden, as most stakeholders and suppliers are based in Europe and Sweden. Travelling is expected to be around 10-30 days per year.
