Are you ready for the next step in your career? Lantmännen recently was awarded Talent Company of the Year and we now have an opportunity for an IT Controller to join our business to contribute in our global organization. This is a position for someone that wants to be part of a change journey and work with us in the follow-up and forecast of our IT function within Lantmännen Group. This is what you will do
As IT Controller at Lantmännen you will be part of a team on group level, working towards one of our core functions, Group IT. Group IT is currently on a change journey where we are moving towards more specialized competence centers and building new competency inhouse. In the role as IT Controller you will work closely to the organisation in this ongoing change and you will have a broad responsibility including closing of our books, financial reporting and analyses as well as being part of the business functions’ plan/budget/forecast process.
You will be part of a team of three within the IT finance team but work towards several stakeholders and departments within the entire Lantmännen Group which are found in Sweden but also in other countries where Lantmännen has its operations. There will also be some analysis of ad-hoc character and room for driving continuous improvements as we are establishing a new financial and forecast model. The position is located at our head office in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of IT Controlling.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- A few years work experience from working in a similar role with business controlling, preferably with focus on IT- or project controlling. An understanding of IT costs and chargeback models are considered a plus.
- A relevant academic degree in business.
- Preferably experience from working in an international group where you have been working towards multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience of independently develop models within Excel. Additional skills in BI tools is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

- A person who quickly grasps complexity and can take a holistic view whilst also having attention to detail.
- A doer who enjoys taking initiatives and has a pragmatic approach to challenges
- Skilled at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You are skilled in adjusting your style and delivery to various audiences, always with a positive attitude.
