IT Controller to SKF

As a IT Controller at SKF you will manage the charge out of IT cost to SKFs internal units. Accounting and reporting, monthly closing of an internal unit, reconciliation of account, manage the accrual process, maintain the allocation keys, maintain master data, support the IT service group owner with the request to pay process. There are five IT controllers in the shared service centre. Responsible for managing cost and operations controlling as well as financial planning and analysis for SKF IT. SKF IT is a global organization responsible for IT systems and projects.

Work description
• The charge out of the central IT costs to the operational units within SKF Group
• Monthly closing of one operational unit, the closing of the books on legal level is made by the accounting and reporting team in shared service center.
• Support the IT service owner with the request to pay process
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Internal IT contract management
• Manage the IT allocation keys
• Maintain the master data of the lowest level cost item that IT follow-up the costs on "assignment ID"
• Drive the development of financial procedures, standardize tools and processes

Qualifications: 
• University degree in business administration
• 5 years´ working experience in the financial controlling area
• Strong Accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Experience from large corporations
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Good skills in extracting and analyzing data from systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP CPM) and BI (e.g. Qlik View, Cognos).
• Fluency in English
