IT Controlling & Contract Manager – Business IT

Your role 

You will be a part of the organization for Business IT Nordics with the goal of becoming a trusted ally of the business. This role is as IT Controlling & Contract Manager with focus on delivering value to the business by the successful management of IT costs and purchasing - responsible for these areas in both Denmark and Sweden. 

You will work closely with the business, vendors, IT in Nordics and central IT in Germany to gain an overview of controlling, contracts and purchasing.  

You will be managing and establishing budget, financial and purchasing policies for the IT function. You will also ensure that project/ department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.  

You will also negotiate, analyze and prepare contracts for procurement of products and services related to IT. 

 
Included responsibilities: 
* Establish budget for IT costs 

* Establish budgets and quarterly forecasts for IT costs 
* Prepare actuals and forecast reporting. 
* Monthly follow-up of IT costs, including handling of invoices and accruals 
* Defining and monitoring IT costs, including charging and external benchmarking 
* KPI definition and monitoring of IT costs 

* Prepare summaries and graphics to management 
* Procurement within IT 
* IT contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution  
* Maintaining contracts and contractual records 
* Developing and implementing procedures and policies in relevant areas   

* Align on IT related guidelines with central IT              
* Participate in developing and implementing the Business IT’s strategy and actively share expertise, methodology and experience 
* Controlling of costs related to larger IT projects 

 

 Your background 

* Relevant university education, preferably in the fields of computer science or finance, or experience that could count as equal.  
* Several years of experience of vendor management and negotiation 
* Several years of experience in cost controlling and budgeting 
* Experience of procurement within IT 
* Experience of contract management 
* Experience of ERP, SAP is a plus, and BI tools

* You are fluent in Swedish and English. Danish and German is an advantage. 
 

The position is located at Zeppelin Sverige’s head office in Mölndal and you report to the Head of Business IT. Business trips will occur as we deliver solutions to businesses throughout Sweden
