IT Coodinator

The Brose Group currently delivers mechatronic systems and electric drives to around 80 automotive manufacturers and more than 40 suppliers who use them for numerous applications in the automobile.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for shop floor IT and Production support for IT related issues. Build up and management of the local area network and the customer and supplier connections.
2. SAP coordinator on site and first contact for local employees and central SAP functions.
3. Coordination of all requirements for the local IT and telecommunication within the plant and to central functions. Participation in IT projects coming from central functions for the plant.
4. Operation and monitoring of all local IT systems and first level support for the employees on site through IT tickets and preparedness 24 hours.
5. Budget planning and procurement activities for the needed components for the site.
6. Administrative tasks for documentation, managing licenses and contracts.
7. Responsible for GDPR coordination at location Gothenburg.
8. Deputy for fire protection and security on site (including alarm systems)
EDI and JIS production experience is meritorious.
