IT coordination Manager
The IT Coordination Manager is responsible for identifying and resolve root causes of underlaying problems that causes issues in daily operations.
As a IT Coordination Manager, this position will partner closely with the IT support team and with other teams in the IT department to make sure that the IT support team can deliver exceptional support to our users. You will be expected to identify and prioritize user related issues, find the root cause, suggest and together with staff implement improvements.
The IT Coordination Manager reports to Head of IT and are a part of LeoVegas IT management team. This is a key position for the implementation of the IT department improvements.
Ultimately, one type of issue should only occur once but also proactively foresee any potential issues when change or introducing new technology/processes.
It is expected that this role builds and maintain the fundament for the IT support team to succeed in the path to reach the goal to a top-class IT support team.


IT department
The IT department within LeoVegas is responsible for the internal IT infrastructure including hardware, software’s and user support. The IT department is also responsible for development and maintenance of our Atlassian suite applications. IT has a local presence in several of LeoVegas over 10 offices located around Europe.
We constantly run several projects to introduce new solutions and improve existing ones. As the company grows, we also improve the way we work where everyone learns new individual and team skills.

Responsibilities
Identify user impacting issues
Evaluate and analyse trends.
Structure, prioritise and maintain the list of identified issues.
Call and chair post mortem Review meetings following Major Incidents
Facilitate complex problem investigation when needed.
Coordinate implementation activities when needed.
Implement any necessary changes to reduce user issues
Assist in the creation of own and other teams KPIs as well as monitor and report on results




Requirements
Knowledge in relevant IT processes. As example, IT lifecycle, support, incident management and user on/off boarding.
Experience/knowledge in relevant sections from IT security standards like ISO27001 will be considered as an asset.
Experience in IT user support including the ability to see issues from a user perspective.
Understanding of a modern IT landscape covering network to softwares.
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of adapting to a dynamic environment.
