IT Coordinator

Your mission
In this position, you oversee and coordinate departmental- and project activities to ensure efficient delivery of our services. You manage assigned contracts and suppliers through their lifecycle and act as a primary contact for sourcing and service functions regarding sourcing and procurement matters. With excellent service in mind, you always ensure that delivery deadlines and activities are met in a structured and efficient way according to our SLAs. To provide advisory on selection of appropriate sourcing solutions and approaches is part of your job and you assist in establish effective documenting systems and processes helping us towards a continuous development and by that, a more profitable tomorrow.
The location for this position is Sandviken and/or Stockholm and some travel can be included.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career, combined with experience from a coordinating role or as a project leader. Process knowledge and experience of outsourced deliveries are necessary, as well as a good understanding of infrastructure services. We believe that you’ve previously worked in service, purchasing, customer or contract management with a commercial focus, and it’s a plus if you also have network infrastructure knowledge combined with a good technical understanding. Experience from working in a global organization and a background in financials is also advantageous. As we’re an international organization operating locally, you need excellent skills in both Swedish and English.
