Responsibilities
You will work closely with your team focusing on employee onboarding and training, internal processes and systems. A majority of the work is executed in alignment with department heads and stakeholders with the goal to optimize and develop sustainable processes and/or training. The team is expected to catalyze cross-functional collaboration, coordinate, manage and drive the work. 


In this position, you will: 


· Support managers in cross-departmental processes 


· Support departments and the organization onboarding, training people development and appraisals 


· Develop group wide training programs & competence development support 


· Document guidelines, routines and processes 


· Map, document, identify gaps, suggest suitable measurements and implement solutions 


· Quality assure knowledge levels within the product 


· Support departments in their work with goals 


· Lead and/or drive projects 

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with about three years’ experience of HR, coordinating positions, support or similar. 
 
To qualify for this position you need a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, e.g. business management, human resources, leadership and quality work or equivalent work experience 


You also need to have business proficiency or better in at least two languages, whereof one is English 


For this position, personal suitability is important and we are looking for candidates with ability to train and instruct others. It is important to have interpersonal skills sufficient to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others. You also need to be a good presenter and appreciate being in the spotlight. 


Other important characteristics are to be communicative, humble and prestige- less. To be succeful in this role you need to have strong organizational skills; analytical; thoughtful & dependable; attentive to details and able to meet deadlines
