IT Delivery Manager for Operations & R&D

We’re now looking for an experienced and communicative Delivery Manager for our teams that support Operations and R&D functions of Seco tools globally. We’re embarking on an exciting journey, and we want you to take part in our past, present and future, supporting our tech services.

About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for end-to-end service design, delivery and meeting the stakeholders’ expectations and business’ needs – all while managing the planning, portfolio and roadmaps; prioritizing initiatives, budgets and negotiations with partners and vendors for your area.
You’re working closely with the Director of Application Services and the other Delivery managers to build our future way of working which we have recently started, you also lead two small teams who support the Operations and R&D functions. Furthermore, other duties include:
Gathering of demands and needs, develop, design service delivery model
Keeping information about the service and its’ components up to date
Cooperating and agreeing on deliveries with underpinning supporting services, solutions, functions and processes
Managing requirements for some contracts and negotiations with external suppliers
Analyzing service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve
Leading the teams in their daily deliveries


Your profile
We believe you have a solid understanding of the service life cycle and the ability to communicate and understand complex service deliveries, knowing the importance of evaluating and evolving to create value. You have knowledge of service architecture and can negotiate and review offerings and contracts to have up-to-date agreements ensuring close collaborations with internal and external services. You’re dynamic, collaborative, and curious with previous experience from working in large companies with many stakeholders. Accompanied with in-depth experience of working within operation, preferably leading and working with enhancements within this area.
It’s also qualifying if you have experience working in an agile organization with supporting service delivery in a cross functional environment. Furthermore, we believe that you have:
A relevant degree within the field of IT and/or tech
Great communication skills and ability to inspire others
Broad experience from working with ITSM processes preferably within an agile organization
Understanding of underlying technical solutions
Acted as a leader and have leadership experience
Are fluent in English, oral and written
