IT Delivery specialist Human – Stockholm, Sweden
We are looking for an IT Delivery Specialist to join the Nordic Electrolux IT team.
The team, headed by the IT Business Partner (ITBP) Nordics, serves as the link between Electrolux IT and the Nordic Cluster Organization (Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark).
In cooperation with the ITBP and team you will be driving the continuous improvement in the IT landscape and IT solutions supporting the business organizations in the cluster in line with European and Global IT standards and strategy.
The IT Delivery Specialist will:
Translate business requirements into IT solutions by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.
Support ITBP in the larger projects and independently drive smaller projects and initiatives (both non-technical and technical) with a mix of IT and Business project deliverables
A regular day at work:
Work with business key users and proactively contribute to the business development processes
Assist local key-users to identify, document and deliver IT solutions that enable and deliver business value
Proactively work and build relationship with Nordic Cluster business organizations to define and deliver business solutions
Project portfolio management and incident management
Independently manage sub-projects or smaller projects with IT and Business deliverables from start to end including the ownership of the time plan, resources and project budget
IT coordination of local Nordic applications:
Key user group management
Facilitate / lead work-orders/projects from requirement specification to deployment
Work closely with IT development teams (internal/external) to deliver agreed solutions
Ensure enhancements are implemented on time, within budget and with quality
Involvement in regular bug fixing if necessary and improve usability of the platforms
End-user training and documentation
Daily user support:
Communicate and train stakeholders in IT governance model and ensure it’s being followed
Ensure correct and timely follow up on requests and incidents, in line with agreed standards and escalate when needed
End-user training in relevant IT tools / IT processes
Support Nordic IT team in all aspects of daily IT deliveries outside of project work
Promote a collaborative and productive relationship within the Cluster and cross functional Electrolux IT organization
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through effective use of tools and processes

The position requires:
Academic degree preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science but open to different backgrounds
Preferred: 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role and environment
End to end process management capability
IT Technical understanding
Project management methodology understanding
Incident management methodology understanding
Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
